    Our strategy is simple, accurate and professional:

    1. Understand your scope of work, area that needs SUE, call 811 and create a proposed plan and cost.
    2. Conduct a GPR/Utility Locating sweep marking additional lines not found by State811.
    3. Cut and hydro-excavate to daylight or pothole the underground asset.
    4. Professional Survey Grade Land Surveyors to collect verticals and elevations with comprehensive attributes on your selected schema.
    5. Backfill and safely return site back to original condition.

    In the end, we have all this work documented, signed and sealed by an RPLS to ensure utility knowledge and compliance for a subsurface utility engineering deliverable.

    Our in-depth research and analysis of public data allows us to obtain accurate owner as-builds for a comprehensive subsurface utility plan.

    The process is simpe and effective:

    1. We use public GIS data, State811 OneCall, and call utility companies to obtain all underground records
    2. After obtaining all KMZ, DWG, PDF and other as-build utility asset records, we superimpose all layers into underground as-build cut sheets.
    3. Without any boots-on-the-ground, we're able to generate an effective Subsurface Utility Map in and around your project boundary site for site tie-ins, bore matrices, and pot hole quantities.
